Information we collect

What you give us

When you ask for a free consultation, the form collects:

• what you need, your goal, your preferred size, and your timeline
• where the space will be installed, such as a city, state, or ZIP code
• any additional requirements you write, such as rooms, features, details about your land, or a budget range
• your name and email address
• your phone or WhatsApp number, if you give it

When you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your message and the contact details you use.

What is collected automatically

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical details of each visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. These keep the site running and secure.
• How you found us. If you arrive from an ad or a link, the site keeps the campaign tags in the web address (such as utm_source or an ad click ID), the website that sent you, and the page where you arrived. This is stored in your browser for up to 90 days and sent with your consultation request, so we know which ads and posts bring real requests.
• Ad and analytics tags. When we switch them on, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Ads tags use cookies and similar technology to collect your device and browser details, the pages you view, actions such as sending the form or tapping WhatsApp, call, or email, and an approximate location based on your IP address.
• Spam protection. To stop automated abuse of the form, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for ten minutes.

How we use your information

• to answer your request and prepare ideas and an estimate for your project
• to talk with you about your project by email, phone, or WhatsApp
• to understand how visitors use the site and improve it
• to measure which ads and posts bring consultation requests, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested, including people who visited the site
• to keep the site secure and stop spam and abuse
• to meet our legal obligations

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information for money. The people on our team who work on your project see your request. Outside our team, we share information only with:

• Hostinger, which hosts this website and our email.
• Google, which provides the fonts on this site (loading them sends your IP address to Google) and, when we switch them on, Google Analytics and Google Ads. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), when we switch on Meta Pixel. When you send the form, we may also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address, phone number, and name through its Conversions API, so Meta can match the request to an ad you saw without receiving the plain values. • WhatsApp, if you contact us there.
• authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public
• a buyer or successor, if our business is ever sold or reorganized

Google and Meta handle the information they receive under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

• Opt out on this site. Use the button below to stop Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Ads tags from loading in this browser. Your choice is saved in this browser, so repeat it on each browser or device you use.
• Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out, and these tags don't load.
• Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Ad settings. You can manage the ads you see in Meta's ad preferences and Google's My Ad Center, and you can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Emails. We email you only about your request. Tell us to stop at any time.

US state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we have about you, and get a copy of it
• correct it
• delete it
• opt out of the sale of your personal information, and of its use for targeted advertising (called "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law)

When Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags are on, using them to show you our ads may count as "sharing" or targeted advertising under these laws. You can opt out with the button above or with a GPC signal. We don't knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

To use your rights, email kikfiaofficial3@kikfia.com from the address you used with us. We will confirm your request and answer within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask you to confirm that you gave the agent permission. We won't treat you differently for using your rights. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will respond within the time your state's law requires.

Categories of information (California)

Identifiers

Name, email address, phone number, IP address, and cookie or device IDs. From you and your device. Used to answer your request, measure ads, and keep the site secure. Disclosed to Hostinger, Google, and Meta as described above.

Commercial information

The kind of space you are interested in, your goal, size, timeline, and any budget range you share. From you. Used to prepare your consultation. Disclosed to Hostinger.

Internet activity

Pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you, and actions on the site. From your device. Used to improve the site and measure ads. Disclosed to Hostinger, Google, and Meta.

Location

The install location you give us, and an approximate location from your IP address. Used to prepare your consultation and measure ads.

We don't collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law.

Visitors outside the United States

Our services are for customers in the United States. Ad and analytics tags are set not to run for visitors we detect in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you contact us from there, we handle your request because you asked us to prepare a consultation, and we keep the site secure based on our legitimate interests. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your information, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Our team and service providers may handle your information in the United States and in other countries, which may have different privacy laws than yours.

How long we keep it

• Consultation requests and messages: while we discuss your project, then up to 3 years as business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
• Campaign details stored in your browser: 90 days.
• Spam protection records: 10 minutes.
• Analytics and advertising data: for the period set in each tool, and no more than 14 months in Google Analytics.
• Server logs: for the limited time our hosting provider keeps them.

How we protect it

The site uses HTTPS encryption. Consultation requests go to our business email and to a record kept outside the public part of the web server, and only the people who handle your project can see them. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and we will note important changes on this page.
